Peregrine Point

This three-acre oceanfront parcel is on the steep side of Neahkahnie Mountain between highway 101 and the ocean.

History

In December of 2006, the Trust acquired this property fas a result of donations from serveral nearby land owners.  It hosts a diversity of native plants, including some old growth Sitka spruce. It is adjacent to Oswald West State Park, extending the Parks natural  value. 

Current use

While the Land is steep and inaccessible to the public, it provides valuable benefits to wildlife.
