In December of 2006, the Trust acquired this property though donations from several nearby land owners.  It hosts a diversity of native plants, including some old growth Sitka spruce.
It is adjacent to Oswald West State Park, extending the Park's natural value.

Current use

While the Land is steep and inaccessible to the public, it provides valuable benefits to wildlife.
