Apple Cider Pressing

Celebrate autumn with us during our final apple cider pressing of the season! Join LNCT staff and local cider expert Dave Hendrickson of Carola Wines for a chance to press and take home fresh cider. We’ll be at Alder Creek Farm with a few mounds of apples ready to go. All you need is a container.
This event is free and open to the community, but space may be limited. Please sign-up to let us know you are coming.*Please bring clean jars or containers for cider! Quart size mason jars, growlers, glass juice jars etc. work great. Cider should be pasteurized at home: heat on a stove to at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
