WHAT WE’LL DO: We will plant along the west fence line and extend enclosure. If you look in that area now you will see new native plants where invasive species have been removed, with a new exclosure to protect them. We will do more of that same work on Friday.
WHERE: Meet at Alder Creek Farm, 35955 Underhill Lane, Nehalem, Oregon. (See map)
WHEN:Please arrive by 9:00 a.m. We’ll work until about noon.
WHAT TO BRING: We will provide tools. Please wear sturdy, covered shoes, dress for variable weather, and bring protective eyewear if you can. If you have a favorite pair of gloves, please bring them, or we’ll lend you a pair. We will work together to remove invasive plants, so long-sleeved shirts and eye protection can help keep you safe from scrapes and cuts.
