What We Do

WE CONSERVE & RESTORE NATURAL LANDS

The Lower Nehalem Community Trust is a member supported, nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation and restoration of natural lands.  Help us protect the scenic vistas, sparkling rivers and bays, and dense forests that define the northern coast of Oregon. Together we have an opportunity to shape the landscape for the next millennium.

OUR SERVICE AREA

The service area for the Lower Nehalem Community Trust includes all of the area drained by the North Fork of the Nehalem River, the area drained by the main stem of the Nehalem River to the ridge line just south of where Highway 26 crosses the Coast Range, and the area north along the coast up to the northern edge of Oswald State Park

OUR MISSION

To preserve land and nurture conservation values in partnership with an engaged community in the Nehalem region of the Oregon Coast.
