On July 23 we will continue our work to restore the hedgerow between the Anderson property and our neighbor, Nehalem Bay House.
Please join us to remove various invasive species as we prepare the area for plantings of native species later this year. We’ll dig up blackberry plants, cut back English holly, and remove knotweed and English ivy. It’s very rewarding work! And it’s fun to look back at the end of the day to see the progress you’ve made.
We will supply tools. Please wear sturdy shoes, and dress for working in the weeds! We’ll have gloves available, but you may want to bring your favorite pair!
